Such as juice fasting, smoothie and shake fasting, commercial cleanse program, raw foods, ayurveda detox foods and brown rice diet. Detoxification diet programs eliminate foods that contain potentially harmful chemicals and allow only those foods that help your body’s natural ability to rid itself of toxins. For example, dark green organic leafy vegetables are most preferred in the detoxification diet plan. Also, the overall food-intake is considerably reduced which ranges from a small meal detox plan to a fully fledged juice detox plan.
What Does Such Plan Consist Of?
A detox diet plan usually consists of plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, grains, cereals, pulses, and nuts. They include foods and drinks that are healthy as well act as building blocks of your body. It also contains antioxidants which protect your body from harmful toxins and at the same time removes toxins. It is known that many toxic substances in your body are removed through the liver, but most of the time the liver is already overworked. Therefore the liver’s detoxification process comes under stress and is unable to do the job properly.

Instead, it helps to remove toxins from your body. If you are on a detoxification diet, you should consume extra servings of fresh fruits and vegetables, as raw as possible, because cooking eliminates all the nutrients from them. Therefore just slightly steam them so they stay crunchy. Organic fruit and vegetables are better because they do not contain pesticides which are highly toxic. Because there are times when it is not always possible to follow a strict diet plan every day, another option is supplementation. However, to make up any shortfall in your fruit intake a specific supplement will do the job. Although not just any supplement will do; all ingredients and fruits be natural. In addition the supplement be liquid for easy digestion and as well for quick absorption into the blood stream.
